By entering your personal data in one of our web contact forms or sending us an email, you consent to the transmission to and storage and processing by us for the duration of the processing of this specific inquiry. This applies in particular to your inquiries via the contact form, chat and emails that you send us. We need this data to process your request and in these cases we also store your IP address for the purpose of preserving evidence. The data will be stored for as long as is necessary to answer any additional or subsequent questions you or we may have.
 

Order processing

When processing orders, we collect personal data (PD) to fulfill the order. The data is only used for this purpose and stored in accordance with ABGB §1489 (action for compensation). We take all technical and organizational measures for data security.
